Blue Danube

Blue Danube has a beautiful dark blue skin and white fluffy flesh. As a result of having a high dry matter this variety is perfect for roasting and chipping, cooking with a crisp outside and a soft fluffy inside. You could also try this variety mashed with your favourite seasonings as it will soak up whatever you put it with.
