Sweet Potatoes – Fingerling Fries
Delicious skinny sweet potato tubers. Perfect for crispy sweet potato fries, simply wash, trim and submerge in hot oil for approximately 10 minutes (or until crispy). Season generously and serve! These also work well as baked oven chips.
Grown as a small crop on our farm here in Tenterden, Kent as a neighbour to our other potato varieties we only have these available for a couple of weeks in the autumn.
