We're happy to introduce our very own Stoneground Wholemeal Flour this season! Practically milled to order we offer fresh wholemeal flour that brings an earthy, nutty tone to bakes. Delicious in savoury and sweet recipes it can be used to make wholemeal breads, sourdough, pastry, cakes, scones, crumble toppings and more. Because our flour is traditionally stoneground and the whole wheat grain is included this is a natural wholefood with all of the goodness left in. Some bakers mix our flour with a little white bread flour to achieve the perfect rise.
