Potato Vodka

Introducing our “award winning” Kentish Vodka distilled from our very own Yukon Gold potatoes. With diversification playing a key role in any farming business we had always wondered how one of our most loved varieties would fair being made into a spirit.

We started this journey back in 2022; with the idea for potato vodka always in the back of our minds the perfect opportunity presented itself when we found ourselves with a surplus of Yukon Gold – a variety that we suspected would perform well when put to the test. Spoiler alert, they were perfect. The vodka that these potatoes produced is clean, crisp and surprisingly fruity; a refined spirit made from some pretty special potatoes.
