Mary’s Rose


A lovely speckled pink skin hides a firm but fluffy white flesh making it perfect for boiling as it will hold it’s shape well. If given the chance this potato will flake into smooth pieces making a lovely, creamy mash. You can also try wedging this variety or cooking it in sauces or stock as it will hold it’s shape well.
