Red King Edward or Red Kings are a red skinned version of the ever popular King Edward, harder to find and harder to grow!
They have the same cooking properties as the King Edward, great for roasting, mashing or chipping.
Lovely and fluffy inside when roasted, beautifully crunchy outside.
Be very careful when boiling though, they will break down when you turn your back for a few minutes!
