Red King Edward


Red King Edward are a red skinned relative of the ever popular King Edward, harder to find and harder to grow!

They have the same cooking properties as the King Edward, great for roasting, mashing or chipping. They are lovely and fluffy inside when roasted and beautifully crunchy on the outside. Be very careful when boiling though, they will break down if you turn your back for a few minutes!

* Please note: these are not certified seed potatoes. They’re not sprayed with chemicals so will grow if given the chance but we’ve grown them for eating. We recommend planting them in your oven, not in the garden! *
