Pink Gypsy


This potato is a delicious, relatively young variety that is great for an assortment of cooking methods. With an attractive reddy-pink and white parti-coloured skin and a white floury flesh they are perfect baked, wedged, mashed or try them roasted. Unfortunately their skins don’t keep their patterning when cooked but they more than make up for this with their delicate, fluffy flesh.
