Blue Congo

Blue Congo are very similar to our other variety Salad Blue, but with a slightly darker flesh. Blue Congo is a lovely colourful variety with a dark skin and a fluffy purple flesh.

They make for great roast potatoes but can also be mashed, wedged and baked for something a little different!

* Please note: these are not certified seed potatoes. They’re not sprayed with chemicals so will grow if given the chance but we’ve grown them for eating. We recommend planting them in your oven, not in the garden! *
