Mayan Rose


New season, fresh from our 2019 harvest!

A new variety to us this year, this potato has been bred from the parent Mayan Gold. With an attractive red and yellow skin and deep golden flesh this variety is perfect for roasting. Parboil for 3-4 minutes and cook in a pre-heated oven for 30-40 minutes for deliciously crisp roasties! You can also try wedging this potato.

* Please note: these are not certified seed potatoes. They’re not sprayed with chemicals so will grow if given the chance but we’ve grown them for eating. We recommend planting them in your oven, not in the garden! *
